What’s included in the Setup and Launch fee?
The $750 fee includes everything needed to get your site live and looking great. We connect your custom domain, add your logo, customise the design with your colours, add your photos and text content, plus connect social media accounts. We also ensure all pages are search engine optimised. We’re able to integrate most 3rd party apps at no extra charge… just ask!
Is there a limit on the number of pages I can have?
We design and develop your new website with up to 12 pages at launch. You can then add an unlimited number of pages at any time via the easy-to-use WordPress content management system. We are happy to add additional pages pre-launch for a small fee, just ask. Our premium and elite monthly service plans also include additional page creation and edits.
Are there any contracts?
No contracts. You can cancel anytime. Do you offer a discount if I pay yearly? Yes. Pay for 10 months up front and receive the next 2 free.
How do I pay?
You can pay the set-up fee and sign up to a monthly service plan via our secure sign up page. We accept all major credit cards which get auto- charged each month until you decide to cancel or upgrade your service
How do I cancel?
Log in to our secure client portal and go to Account-> Cancel. Or just get in contact with us via email or phone and we will ensure you do not get billed again. Can I change my plan after signup? Of course. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Just send us an
email or give us a call and let us know which service plan suits you best. Do you offer a money back guarantee? Absolutely! If within 30 days of paying the set-up fee you aren’t totally happy with our service you may request a full refund. Do you host my business emails? No. We provide website hosting, but not email hosting. We use and recommend Google Apps for Work. It’s a cloud-based productivity suite that includes Google Calendar, Docs, Drive, and more features. It’s easy to use on any device and for $50 per year Google provides 24/7 phone and email support.
Do you sell domain names?
No. We recommend both VentraIp or NameCheap as good places to register a domain name. It’s always best practice to do this step yourself as the business owner. Once complete provide us with temporary access to your domain account, we will direct your domain name to our servers.
Do I have to sign up to a monthly service plan?
Yes. It works best for us and our customers to establish an ongoing working relationship. Most websites today are dynamic and need regular updates to function, thus most clients love that we are on hand to support their business and help it grow.
Can I transfer my website to another host?
Sure. We encourage clients stay with us for at least 12 months so they can experience the value of our service plans. This also helps offset the low upfront set-up & launch fee. But (bad karma aside ) you are free to transfer your site at any time.
How quickly can you have my website live?
Most of the time within 5 business days (as long as we are given all content quickly e.g. written text, images, videos, testimonials etc.)
Do you also create complete custom websites?
We do from time to time take on more custom and/or complex projects. However this is depends on our workload and the prices generally start from $3000. Fill in this form to enquire.
Will you optimise my website for mobile?
Yes. Every page on your website is optimised for mobile devices, so your clients will have a great viewing experience on smart phones and tablets, regardless of the brand.
